摘　　要：高职高专实训基地建设中,校外实训基地的建设对人才培养发挥了重要作用,高职院校应重视校外实训基地的筛选、合作、培育、反哺和发展。高职教育在校外实训基地建设与管理过程中,应加强校企合作的力度和深度,对校外实训基地进行科学管理,持续健康运行,充分发挥其功能,在校外实训基地的建设体制、管理机制上推陈出新,科学管理,加强校企合作的力度和深度,以使校外实训基地的建设有利于为地方产业群培养高级应用型、技能型人才。The construction of training base outside the college plays an important role in personal training.The higher vocational college should pay attention to screening,cooperation,cultivation,regurgitation-feeding and development of training base.The strength and depth of cooperation between school and enterprise should be strengthened in the construction and management of training base.The training base should be scientifically managed and healthily operated in higher vocational education.The construction system and management mechanism of training base outside college should avoid the stale and bring forth the fresh.The construction of training base outside college is beneficial to training the advanced applied and skilled talents for local industrial clusters.
