摘  要:在高职院校由规模扩张转向内涵式发展的新常态下,为进一步优化教学质量监控体系,加强教学管理,规范教学行为,更新办学理念,促进教学改革,切实提高高职院校的办学水平和人才培养质量,以三门峡职业技术学院为例,采用模糊综合评价方法,构建了高职院校教学工作绩效考评体系,给出了指标设置原则、指标权重算法、考评计量方法和考评组织实施过程.实践表明,该体系结构完整、内容科学、过程合理,充分调动了各教学单位的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,具有一定的实际应用价值.Under the new normal of polytechnic turning from scale expansion to connotative development,this thesis aims to further optimize teaching quality monitoring system,strengthen teaching management,regulate teaching activities,update college running idea,improve teaching reform and actually enhance the schooling level and talent training quality.It takes sanmenxia polytechnic as an example.Adopting the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment,the thesis has built a vocational colleges’teaching performance appraisal system which provides the index setting principle,weight algorithm,metering and enforcement method of testing.Practice indicates that the system is structurally intact,scientific in content and reasonable in process.It can fully mobilize each teaching unit’s working enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,with a certain application value.
