摘　　要：分析住院医师规范化培训的现状,探索如何科学化、制度化、规范化、现代化的管理中医住院医师规范化培训工作。本研究主要探索有:完善组织架构、建立三级管理体系,同时明确带教医师具体分工职责;加强师资力量的队伍建设、组建中医住院医师规范化培训带教医师团队;改革教学方式、加强对带教医师的培训,提升内涵;建立建全有效的考评体系、双向考核,与评优评资挂钩,增加积极性;营造良好氛围,不断创新、不断规范中医住院医师规范化培训工作。To investigate the status of standardized training of residents,to explore how to scientific,institutionalized,standardization and modernization management of Chinese medicine resident standardized training.This research mainly explores:the data of program structure,three-level organization;teaching requirement,group learning,teaching skills improvement,and teacher-trainee two-way evaluation system;to establish the standardized Traditional Chinese Medicine residency training programs,to encourage the enthusiasm of teaching,to stimulate the motivation of learning and to improve the overall quality of residency training.
