摘　　要：中南大学湘雅三医院自1989年开始作为住院医师规范化培训试点,2006年与美国耶鲁大学合作实施耶鲁-湘雅卓越住院医师培训项目,借鉴耶鲁的住院医师培训理念,不断探索实践,以培养住院医师6大核心能力为目标。以"精教细训、精管细育、精考细评、精选细荐"为工作方针,逐步构建了管理体系、课程体系、评估体系、考核体系、师资建设5大创新体系,形成了具有湘雅特色的耶鲁-湘雅住院医师规范化培训模式。The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University has been the pilot hospital of the standardized residency training since1989.The X-PERT program coorperated with Yale University was implemented in2006.With the aim of cultivating the six core competences,a comprehensive training system has been carried out on the basis of4principles including“intensive teaching and training,efficient managing and educating,rigorous testing and assessing,and selective recruiting and recommending”.Additionally,combining the concept of Yale residency training with Xiangya's exploration and practice,an innovative system focusing on the management,curriculum,assessment and faculty development has been constructed gradually and a Yale-Xiangya standardized residency training mode has been built with its own unique features.
