摘　　要：以高职组"电气安装与维修"项目技能大赛为例,重点研究竞赛项目实施方案、竞赛项目设计、竞赛评分标准、教练团队的建设经验、选手的培养路径以及集训资源建设等资源成果,并将其转化与应用到一体化实训教学。旨在促进高职电气专业人才培养,为技能竞赛资源成果转化与应用提供可借鉴的案例。Taking the“Electrical Installation and Maintenance”project in the skill competition of higher vocational colleges as an ex?ample,the paper mainly studies the resources achievements of the competition project implementation plan,the design of the compe?tition project,evaluation standards of the competition,construction experience of coaching staff,the training path of the players,and training resources construction and so on.These achievements are transformed and applied to the integrated practical training teach?ing.The purpose is to promote the training of electrical talents in higher vocational colleges and provide a useful example for the transformation and application of skills competition achievements.
