摘　　要："大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景对创新创业人才提出了新要求。继续教育作为培养创新创业人才的重要阵地,需从理念更新、课程优化、教学方法改进、实践平台构建、考核体系完善等方面着手推进人才培养模式改革。同时,也需健全组织领导体系、建立激励扶持机制、打造专业师资队伍和布局创业孵化体系为创新创业人才培养提供保障。The background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"puts forward new requirements for innovative and entrepre?neur talents.Continuing education,as the important position of training these talents,needs to promote the reform of talents training mode from the aspects of renewal of ideas,optimization of curriculum,improvement of teaching methods,construction of practice platform and perfection of assessment system.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the organizational leadership system,es?tablish incentive and support mechanisms,build a professional faculty and layout entrepreneurship incubation system to provide guarantee for cultivation of innovative and entrepreneur talents.
