食品包装用PET树脂及其成型品中乙醛含量的测定方法

摘　　要：采用顶空气相色谱法对食品包装用PET树脂及其成型品中乙醛含量进行分析,并讨论了样品处理及测试过程中各种条件对测定结果的影响。优化的条件为:样品颗粒度40~60目(0.3~0.45mm),有氮气保护,平衡温度150℃,平衡时间60min。此方法的检出限为0.1ug/g,相对标准偏差(n=5)为2.62%,加标回收率达到95.0%。该方法适用于食品包装用PET树脂及各种成型品中乙醛含量的测定。Head-space gas chromatography was applied to the determination of acetaldehyde in PET resin and products used for food packaging.The effects of various analytical conditions in pretreatment and test were studied and optimized.The optimized parameters were as follows:40to60mesh(0.35to0.45mm)particles,protection of nitrogen,equilibrium temperature of150oC,equilibrium time of30min.Detection limit,relative standard deviation(n=5)and recovery were tested and values found were0.1ug,2.62%and95.0%.The method is suitable for the determination of acetaldehyde in PET samples used for food packaging.
