基于政府企业高校三位一体的产品设计专业人才培养模式的研究

摘　　要：基于政府-企业-高校三位一体的官产学研合作办学模式,可以加深三方联动,充分利用三方资源,互惠共赢,共创新时期人才培养新形式。本文以企业实际设计流程构建产品设计专业人才培养模式,以"2+1+1"为人才培养周期,提出产品设计专业人才培养三大体系:课程教学体系、实践教学体系和就业服务体系。以企业需求为导向,利用校企合作平台,采用项目式教学,以完整的企业设计流程及工作任务培养兼具表述能力、沟通能力、企划能力和执行能力四项专业核心能力的综合性创新人才,完善金字塔型的人才培养知识体系。It has been shown that the cooperation teaching mode based on the trinity of Government-Enterprise-University is very successful to cultivate innovative talents.It can deepen linkage each other,make full use of three party resources,achieve mutual benefit and work with together to create the new teaching mode.Making full use of university-enterprise cooperation platform,the author creatively introduces the enterprise actual design process into the construction of talents training system of product design with the aim of improving students'practical ability.Talents training cycle is2+1+1,which runs through the project teaching.This paper concludes that the new talents training system consists of three subsystems:course teaching system,practical teaching system and employment service system.This pyramidal knowledge system can fully cultivate students'comprehensive professional abilities of presentation,communication,planning and execution skills.
