摘 要:随着全球经济一体化,我国对外开放的程度不断加深,企业处于巨大变革中。在企业做大做强、兼并重组过程中出现的文化冲突给企业改革提出了新的挑战;同时,信息时代产生的大量的互联网企业在业务规模迅速扩张过程中,企业文化建设并未得到应有重视从而出现各种问题。本文针对我国企业成长、改革发展进程中组织文化存在的问题进行分析研究,寻找对策,以破除发展壁垒,保证企业的长久持续发展。With the global economic integration,the degree of openness of our country is deepening,and the enterprises are in great changes.In the process of enterprises becoming bigger and stronger,the cultural conflicts in the process of merger and reorganization have brought new challenges to enterprise reform;At the same time,in the information age,a large number of Internet companies in the rapid expansion of business process,corporate culture construction has not been given due attention,so there are various problems.This paper analyzes the problems of organizational culture in the process of enterprise growth and reform in China,and looks for countermeasures to break down the barrier of development and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
