摘　　要：研究性教学作为一种最具影响力的教学模式,正对转型背景下的地方院校教学产生着深刻的影响.在复变函数教学过程中,对概念的导入、定理的论证、解题方法的探讨等过程实施研究性教学,有助于激发学生自主学习的意识,培养学生的团队合作与创新能力.As the most influence to the teaching model,research teaching is influencing the local colleges teaching.We use the concept introduction,proof of theorem,problemsolving methods into the teaching of complex variables.All this contributed to inspire the the students'awarene,and it developed their teamspirit and the sense of innovation.
