摘　　要：高校实验室对实验教学和科学研究发挥着重要作用。分析了高校实验室队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,指出高校实验室队伍建设的重要性,提出了加强实验室队伍建设的一些建议。The University Laboratory plays an important role in experimental teaching and scientific research.The present status and problems of the construction of laboratory team was discussed in colleges and universities.And the importance of laboratory team construction was analyzed.Some suggestions of strengthen laboratory team construction were put forward.
