摘　　要：大数据时代测绘学科人才培养亟需适应社会经济发展的新需求,专业教师在人才培养中发挥着重要作用。本文分析了大数据时代测绘工程专业高校教师面临的新机遇与挑战,探讨了为培养测绘类复合创新型人才高校专业教师如何提高自身的综合素质等问题。In the era of big data,the talent training of Geomaitics Engineering needs to meet the new needs of social and economic development,and professional teachers play an important role in talent training.This paper analyzes the new challenges and the new opportunities of the professional teachers in the era of big data,and discusses how to improve their comprehensive quality in universities in order to cultivate the innovative talents of Geomatics Engineering.
