摘 要:医学作为一种全球性的职业,具有共同的职业信仰、专业知识和基本技能。由国际医学教育委员会(IIME)提出的"全球医学教育最基本要求"(GMER)规定了任何国家培养的医生都应该达到的基础医学知识、专业技能、职业态度、行为和价值观、群体健康和信息管理能力等方面的最基本要求。目前我国高等医学教育改革的目标应结合当前医学教育现状,以"全球医学教育最基本要求(GMER)"及其评价方法为出发点,改革教学方法,改进教学手段,同时采用多种考核方法评价教学效果,促进课程体系的不断完善与改进,培养符合GMER要求、适应时代和社会发展需要的高素质医学人才。Medicine as a global profession possess a common system of career belief,theoretical knowledgeand clinical skill.Global minimum essential requirement in medical education(GMER)was firstly put forward by the Institute forInternational Medical Education(IIM E),which includes professional values,attitudes and ethics,medical theory and clinical skills,population health and health systems,information management and critical thinking.Taking the current circumstance of medical education in our country into consideration,The medical education reform should be carried out on the basis of global minimum essential requirements in medical education(GMER)in order to further develop the quality-oriented education.The localization and embodiment of GMER were performed through optimizing curricula system,reforming of teaching method,the improvement of teaching means and the adoption of all kinds of assessment method to evaluate the teaching effects.Only in this way,the quality of clinical practice could be improved gradually and the medical students be cultivated with high qualification,thus meet the requirements of GMER and social needs.
