摘  要:伴随着各类基因组计划的展开和测序技术的突破,尤其是近年来精准医疗计划的提出和推行,生物信息学在医学科研和临床中的重要性日益显现。虽然生物信息学已逐渐成为医学类本科生亟需掌握的基本知识与技能,但国内多数院校尚未开展医学本科生的生物信息学课程。本文就如何在医学本科生中开展生物信息学教学进行了思考,并在多年教学实践基础上,总结出一种以科研为核心、学生为主体、训练项目为载体的科研实训教学模式。通过改革传统的人才培养模式,开展医学类本科生生物信息学教学,充分调动学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,增强学生的创新能力及专业素养。With the development of genome projects and breakthrough of DNA sequencingtechnology,especially in recent years,the propose and implementation of accurate medical in the world,the importance of bioinformatics in medical scientific research and clinical practice is becoming obviously.Bioinformatics has increasingly become the basic knowledge and skill that medical undergraduates should master as soon as possible.However,bioinformatics has not yet been carried out for medical undergraduates in many universities.This article sums up teaching strategies and experiences on bioinformatics course for medical undergraduates,and proposes a new practical training model based on the core of scientific research,main body of students and carrier of training projects.This training model stimulates initiative learning,enhances the ability to apply course knowledge,develops innovating thinking of medical undergraduates.
