摘　　要：对于现代学徒制人才培养来讲,因其培养目标和培养过程与普通职业教育有一定的差异,故其对人才培养的考核也有自身的特点和要求。本文从考核标准、考核内容、考核方法等方面对现代学徒制下人才培养考核机制进行分析和研究。As there are many differences in training object and training process between modern apprenticeships and general vocational education,it needs a particular assessment mechanism suitable for modern apprenticeships.This paper analysisandresearch criterion,content and method of assessment of modern apprenticeships.
