摘　　要：本文从独立院校《数字电子技术基础》课程的教学目的出发，探讨了在中国大学生MOOC建设过程中，独立院校能做什么，怎么做。对于不同基础、不同培养目标的学生，985、211大学的MOOC是否也适合独立院校的学生。并通过教学改革实践，确定了MOOC视频加课堂教学的形式，称为MOOC+课堂，通过与过去常规的教学方法相比，MOOC+的教学方式可以拓宽教学方法，提高学生分析问题的能力。论文简要介绍了《数字电子技术基础》MOOC+的建设思路与具体做法。This paper starts with the teaching purpose of"digital electronic technology"course in independent college and discusses what can be done and what can be done in the construction of MOOC by independent college.Through the practice of teaching reform,MOOC video and classroom teaching form called MOOC+classroom.This article briefly introduces the construction idea and concrete method of"Digital Electronic Technology Foundation"MOOC+.
