摘 要:慕课在国内高职已经占领了一定的市场,线上线下混合式教学模式充分发挥了慕课与传统教学的优势,学习不再受时间和空间的限制,教学资源多种多样,教师与学生的角色也发生了变化,教师要改变教学模式,转变教学理念,来适应混合式教学,学生要学会自主学习、主动学习,实现课堂上"要我学"到"我要学"的转变,来适应混合式教学。教师和学生角色地位要经过一系列的转变才能适应新的线上线下的混合式教学模式,提高课堂教学效率。MOOC has occupied a part of domestic market in higher vocational education.Online and offline mixed teaching mode gives full play to the advantages of MOOC and traditional teaching.Learning is no longer limited by time and space,teaching resources are varied,and the roles of teachers and students have also changed.Teachers need to change their teaching mode and concept to adapt to mixed teaching mode.Students should learn to study independently and actively,so as to realize the change of from"ask me to learn”to"I want to learn"in class.The role position of teachers and students should go through a series of changes in order to adapt to the new online and offline mixed teaching mode,and improve the efficiency of teaching.
