终身教育视阈下成人虚拟学习共同体的实施规范性研究

摘  要:终身教育视域下,虚拟学习共同体作为一种新型的学习组织实现了成人学习者网络环境下个性化与社会性学习的双向结合,极大地满足了成人学习者知识建构的需求。但是网络环境中的虚拟学习共同体有其自身的局限和缺陷,导致实施发展过程中产生一系列的问题。针对这些弊端,试图通过相关规范机制的制定,更好地组织、实施、监控虚拟学习共同体为成人学习者服务,提供学习支持,促进"有效学习共同体"的稳定和可持续发展。As a new type of learning organization,the virtual learning community realizes the combination of individual and social learning in the network environment and meets the needs of adult learners'knowledge construction from the perspective of lifelong education.However,the limitations and drawbacks of adult virtual learning community in the network environment could lead to a series of problems during the process of the implementation.In view of these disadvantages,the author tries to better organize,implement and monitor the virtual learning community to provide adult learners with learning support through the formulation of relevant regulatory mechanisms.It also aims at promoting the stable and sustainable development of the"effective learning community".
