高职会计实训存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：高职教育以培养技能型人才为目标,实训是很重要的途径。当前在高职会计实训中存在岗位意识不清晰、实训内容偏离现实、教师欠缺经验、实训设施差、校外实训难以落实等问题,可以通过轮岗、调整实训内容、鼓励教师提升实践能力、建设校内实训室和校企合作建设校外实训基地等途径解决上述问题,为学生创造一个良好的实训条件。Higher vocational education aims at cultivating skilled talents and thus training is a very important way.At present,during the accounting practice of the higher vocational colleges,there are some problems such as lack of job consciousness,training contents straying away fromthe reality,teachers lacking experience,poor training facilities and the difficulty of off-campus training.We should those problems can be solved by taking shifts,adjusting the training contents,encouraging teachers improve their practical ablities,buildingcampus training rooms and constructing off-campus training base through college-enterprise cooperation,etc.in order to create better training conditionsfor students.
