摘　　要：陶行知先生的职业教育思想和实践,对当今职业教育的改革和发展具有重要的启示意义。面向未来,职业教育发展必须结合新的时代特征认真研究"生利主义"和"生活教育"思想,积极践行"生利主义""生活教育"和"活的教育",在理论与实践中不断探索创新,找到符合新需求的发展模式,以进一步丰富职业教育发展理念。Tao Xingzhi's vocational education thoughts and practices have important enlightening significances to the contemporary vocational education reform and development.The paper suggests that vocational education must probe into the"utilitarianism"and"life education"thoughts combined with the characteristics of the new era,and practice the"utilitarianism","life education"and"live education"actively,and explore continuously innovative from the aspects of theory and practice,find out a new development model to meet demand and further enrich the development concept of vocational education.
