摘　　要：本论文从有效教学的理念出发,以学生发展为主旨,改革有机化学课程的教学管理模式,将教学目标管理与教学过程管理相结合,提升管理成效,实现激发学生学习兴趣、增强学生自主学习能力,提高课程教学效率,真正完成有机化学课程教与学的总体目标。Starting from the idea of effective teaching,the thesis aims at reforming the teaching management mode of organic chemistry course by combining the teaching goal management and teaching process management,improving management effectiveness,stimulating students’interest in learning and enhancing students’Autonomous learning ability,improve teaching efficiency,the real completion of organic chemistry teaching and learning overall goal.
