摘 要:目的探讨问题式学习(PBL)与案例式学习(CBL)相结合的模式在假肢矫形器效果评定教学中的应用效果。方法首都医科大学假肢矫形工程专业2012级本科生(A组,n=27)采用传统教学法,2014级本科生(B组,n=25)采用PBL与CBL相结合的模式。比较两组即刻测试成绩,向B组发放调查问卷,收集反馈意见。结果 B组即刻测试成绩显著高于A组(t=-4.972,P<0.001)。多数学生认为,PBL与CBL相结合的模式有利于提高运用知识解决实际问题的能力,查阅、分析和利用文献资料的能力,沟通交流能力和表达能力。结论在假肢矫形器效果评定教学中实施PBL与CBL相结合的模式,可以调动学生的学习主动性,提高教学质量。Objective To apply problem-based learing(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL)in course of Outcome Measures in Prosthetics and Orthotics.Methods The undergraduate students in Grade2012of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering in Capital Medical University(group A,n=27)were taught in traditional teaching,and those in Grade2014(group B,n=25)were taunght with PBL and CBL.Both groups received an immediate test after class,and group B also fulfilled an anonymous questionnaire.Results The score of immediate test was better in group B than in group A(t=-4.972,P<0.001).Most students in group B recognised that the new strategy of learning could improve their ability of independent solving clinical problems,literature retrieval,communication and expression.Conclusion Application of PBL and CBL in teaching of Outcome Measures in Prosthetics and Orthotics can promote students'activity in learning and improve teaching quality.
