摘 要:"全面二孩"政策的实施使有生育意愿的职业女性产生较高的家庭卷入期望,而家庭和工作的双重角色势必会带给她们工作家庭冲突,从而出现迟到、缺勤、产生离职倾向等一系列的工作退缩行为,企业的绩效也随之受到影响。由此,基于"全面二孩"政策对职业女性工作退缩行为的影响路径分析,企业通过履行社会责任,实施更加弹性化、人性化的管理,加强心理健康管理等主动作为行为便成为应对"全面二孩"政策下职业女性工作退缩行为的关键举措。The implementation of universal two-child policy makes professional women with fertility desire have higher expectations of family involvement,but their dual role in family and work will bring them conflicts between work and family life,which tends to lead to a series of work withdrawal behavior,like being late,being absent,quitting from job cct,and in turn the enterprise performance will also be affected.Thus,based on analyzing the influence path of universal two-child policy on professional women's work withdrawal behavior,it is suggested that the enterprises should take initiative behaviors as taking more flexible and humane management and strengthening the mental health management to cope with the above phenomenon.
