摘　　要：吐鲁番既是少数民族聚居地区,又是人口受教育程度不高的贫困偏远地区,职业教育发展面临诸多问题和困难。转变职教理念,加大政策扶持,加强师资建设,优化专业设置,借助援疆契机是吐鲁番职业教育持续健康发展的有效途径。The development strategy of the Belt and Road has confronted Turpan--Pearl of Silk Road with unprecedented opportunities to which the development of vocational education is indispensable.Turpan is a multiethnic region as well as a remote impoverished area with a large illiterate population so that there exist a bunch of barriers facing vocational education.Conversion of vocational education concepts,enhancement of policy support,consolidation of faculty cultivation,optimization of specialty settings and exertion of aid to Xinjiang construction are effective means to maintain Turpan's vocational education sustainable and sound.
