摘 要:本研究通过问卷调查法,对某师范大学348名学生进行了关于高校教师职业素养的认识的研究。得出如下结论:学生的内生动机及学习能力自我效能感与教师的"关爱与支持"变量存在显著的正相关,对教师的"关爱与支持"变量有一定的预测作用;学生的学习行为自我效能感与教师的"职业胜任能力和交流能力"变量有显著的正相关且对"职业胜任能力和交流能力"变量有一定的预测作用;男女生和文理科学生之间对优秀教师的看法都存在显著性差异,且女生对优秀教师的要求高于男生,文科生对优秀教师的要求高于理科生;不同的年级及来自城市、县城、农村的学生对优秀教师的认识不存在显著性的差异。This research takes questionnaire method to study the perceptions about College Teachers'Professional Accomplishment of387students comes from a normal university.the results are as follows:the students'intrinsic motivations and learning self-efficacies can forecast the variate of teachers'caring and supportive,and there's a remarkable positive correlation between them;the students'learning self-efficacies can forecast the variate of teachers'professional competence and communicative competence,and there's a remarkable positive correlation between them;the perspectives on excellent teachers between the boys and girls even liberal arts students and science students have a conspicuous difference,such as the girls have higher requirements for excellent teachers than boys,the liberal arts students have higher requirements than science students;however,the perceptions form students study in different grades and comes from different districts have no remarkable difference.
