摘　　要：构建"专企一体化"产学对接育人模式是当前高职教育发展的必然要求,其核心是专业与企业资源共享,融为一体,协同育人。"专企一体化"产学对接育人模式的构建需要考虑文化一体、组织一体、利益一体、资源一体、产教一体等五个维度以及建立"专企一体化"产学对接育人模式的运行机制和评价体系。Currently,it is necessary for the higher vocational education development to build"major-enterprise integration"production and study education model,also is required to share resources,integrate and cooperate to cultivate talents between enterprises and colleges.We should consider the five dimensions,such as integration with culture,organization,benefit,resources and training and education to establish the operation mechanism and evaluation system.
