摘  要:为满足既有重载铁路提高轴重强化改造需求,研发了新型变高度钢-混凝土结合梁替换既有低高度钢筋混凝土梁。通过有限元计算和依据相关规范进行的检算分析,确定并优化了结合梁设计。根据桥址条件制定了便捷的换梁施工工法,在5 h天窗时间内顺利实施了换梁工程。通过组织30 t轴重KM98试验列车实车试验,验证了结合梁能够满足30 t轴重重载铁路运输要求。本文所采取的方法解决了小跨度钢筋混凝土梁重载适应性不足的问题,提供了一种桥梁改造新模式。To meet the requirements of reinforcing reconstruction of existing heavy haul railway bridges,a newly developed variable height steel concrete composite girder was used to replace the existing low height reinforced concrete girder.Through finite element calculation and analysis according to relevant norms,the girder design was optimized.According to bridge site conditions,the article developed a convenient construction method of girder replacement and achieved the implementation of the girder replacement works in5h maintenance window time.It is proved that the composite girder can meet the requirements of30t axle load heavy haul rail transportation by real vehicle test of the30t axle load KM98test train.The composite girder solves the problem of insufficient adaptability of small span reinforced concrete beams and provides a new model of bridge reconstruction.
