摘  要:目的用不同结构的碳水化合物灌胃后,观察其对动物血糖水平的影响,为研制高效能量补充剂提供理论依据。方法对大鼠灌胃不同的碳水化合物,分别于0、2、4、8 h进行球后静脉丛采血,测定血糖水平,计算血糖反应曲线下面积;并进行两种糖分子联合灌胃升血糖效果的评价。结果与空白对照相比,葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糊精、可溶性淀粉、果糖、海藻糖、木糖、麦芽糖血糖反应曲线下面积显著增大,其中葡萄糖的血糖反应曲线下面积最大;以不同剂量的葡萄糖或/和麦芽糊精灌胃大鼠后计算出的血糖反应曲线下面积与单独灌胃麦芽糊精无显著差异。结论单糖具有快速升高血糖的效果,而一些双糖与多糖升血糖功能相对差一些或没有效果;葡萄糖与麦芽糊精联合灌胃没有产生显著的协同作用。Objective To observe the influence of gavaging different carbohydrates on blood glucose in order to provide data for the development of high energy supplements.Methods Rats were gavaged with different carbohydrates,blood samples were collected at0,2,4and8hours from eyes,and blood glucose levels were measured.The areas under the blood glucose response curves were calculated,and the effects of two types of sugar molecules on blood glucose were investigated.Results Compared with the blank control,the areas under the curves of glucose,sucrose,maltodextrin,soluble starch,fructose,trehalose,xylose and maltose were significantly increased,and glucose ranked first.The areas under the blood glucose response curves of glucose or/and maltodextrin were not significantly different compared with maltodextrin alone.Conclusion Monosaccharides can quickly increase blood glucose,but some polysaccharides have a relatively poor or no effect.The combination of glucose with maltodextrin has no significant synergistic effect.
