摘  要:打造过硬的教学质量和水平,注重教师教学能力的提升,是民办高校在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的必由之路。目前,民办高校中青年教师比重大,青年教师教学能力的提升对于民办高校的长远发展具有根本性的影响。民办高校中青年教师教学能力的研究具有重要的现实意义。研究从政府、学校和教师自身三个层面探索民办高校中青年教师教学能力提升的策略。It is the only way for the private colleges and universities to remain invincible in the fierce market competition by creating excellent teaching quality and improving teaching abilities of the teachers.At present,the middle-aged and young teachers account for a large proportion in private colleges,and the promotion of young teachers'teaching abilities has a fundamental impact on the longterm development of private colleges and universities.Therefore,the research on the teaching abilities of young and middle-aged teachers in private colleges has an important significance.The study explores the strategies for improving the teaching abilities of teachers in private colleges from three aspects:the government,schools and teachers themselves.
