摘  要:探讨基于临床教学单元(Clinical Teaching Unit,CTU)形式的教学查房对住院医师自学能力的影响。选取2015年8月~2017年11月在新生儿科轮转的住院医师规范化培训(住培)学员100名,其中低年资住培学员50名,高年资住培学员50名。分为CTU实验组和对照组,每组各50名(低年资住培学员、高年资住培学员各25名)。两组培训方案和轮转时间相同,实验组接受常规的住培计划的同时,参与CTU活动,住培结束后两组进行临床能力和理论知识考核。临床能力实验组平均考核成绩为(85.2±0.26)分,对照组平均考核成绩为(81.2±0.24)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);理论考试实验组平均考核成绩为(84.3±0.31)分,对照组平均考核成绩为(81.7±0.16)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高年资住培学员亚组较低年资住培学员亚组能更好地完成CTU的教学目标。CTU形式教学查房法有利于住院医师的自学积极性及能力的提升。To explore the influence of CTU-based clinical teaching on self-study ability of pediatricians under the program of standardized residency training.100residents(including50junior residents and50senior residents)from August2015to November2017under the program of standardized residency training,rotating in department of Neonatology were enrolled and grouped evenly to the CTU group and control group,each group includes25junior residents and25senior residents.Besides the traditional training,the residents in experimental group joined the CTU activities as well.The two groups were evaluated for clinical ability and theoretical knowledge after the completion of the study.The clinical ability score was(85.2±0.26)in CTU group whereas(81.2±0.24)in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the theoretical knowledge was(84.3±0.31)in CTU group and(81.7±0.16)in the control group(P<0.05).The senior residents accomplished the requirements of CTU better than the junior residents.CTU-based clinical teaching improves the pediatrician’s enthusiasm and initiative in learning and strengthens their self-study ability.
