摘  要:探讨"视频反馈教学法"在住院医师规范化培训(住培)操作技能训练中应用效果。在三峡大学附属仁和医院住培学员中随机抽取80名学员,分为观察组和对照组,2组各40名学员。观察组采用视频反馈教学法教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学。教学结束后,2组学员均采用问卷调查和技能操作评分对本次教学后的效果进行评价。调查结果显示:视频反馈教学法相对于传统教学法,更加促进学员发挥主观能动性,有利于学员对操作技能的掌握;观察组学员在6项技能操作训练中考核成绩均优于对照组学员,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。This article aims to study the effect of video feedback applications in operational skill training of standardized residency training.80residents from Affiliated Renhe Hospital of China Three Gorges University were randomly selected and divided into observational group and control group equally.Residents in observational group(n=40)were taught with video feedback method,while the control group(n=40)were under traditional methods.After the end of teaching activities,residents of two groups were evaluated through both questionnaires and the operational skills exams so as to assess the effect between two different teaching methods.The results showed that,compared with the traditional methods,the applications of video feedback methodcould promote students’subjective initiatives,which would be beneficial for the residents to master the operational skills.In all6operational skill tests,residents in observational group scored higher than those in the control group,and the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).
