摘　　要：目的尝试异常人体形态学实验考试方式的改革。方法将TCExam在线考试系统与显微数码互动多媒体实验室结合,应用随机抽题在线机考的方式实施异常人体形态学实验期末考试。结果不仅提高了考试公平性,节约了人力物力,而且促进了学生自主学习的能力,得到了师生一致的认可。结论异常人体形态学实验的TCExam在线机考方式优于传统的考试方法,便于目前在大多数医学院校实施。Objective To explore the reformation of abnormal human morphology experimental testing.Methods Combining TCExam with digital microscope mutual multimedia lab,abnormal human morphology experimental testing is carried out by random sampling and online examination.Results The new test model increases the impartiality of the examination,saves time and materials,and promotes students’autonomous learning as well.It is more efficient than traditional method,and thus more popular with the students and teachers.Conclusion TCExam online examination of abnormal human morphology is easy to operate in most of medical colleges.
