从《宦滇日记》看楚雄师范教育的雏形及其地域特征

摘　　要：楚雄师范学院的历史通常被追溯到民国二十五年创建的云南省立镇南师范学校,但其漫长的酝酿过程却还能归结到清光绪三十二年改设的楚雄府师范传习所(稍后便被称作"楚雄府师范学堂",它的前身是清光绪三十一年奉谕在"古龙泉书院"成立的楚雄府中学堂,旧址在今楚雄第一中学校内)。难能可贵的是,崇谦(清光绪三十四年署理楚雄知府)撰《宦滇日记》对楚雄府中学堂暨师范学堂在晚清至民国纪元前夜的蜕变情况及其存在问题均有较详细的记录,有助于我们更好地理解师范教育的现代转型。Origin of Chuxiong Normal University may date back to Zhennan Normal School,a secondary normal school founded by the provincial government in1936.But this does not mean it was founded overnight.As a matter of fact,it was first planned in as early as1906in the Qing Dynasty when it was only a teachers’training station.Before that,it had been part of an ordinary secondary school that was founded in1905and was to become the modern Chuxiong No.1Middle School.A most valuable development in record of local education was a the appearance of My Official Career in Yunnan by Chong Qian,who was appointed as Chuxiong’s governor in1907.In his book,evolution of all these education institutions is given full attention and his detailed record spans right before the Republican take-over in1912.This book is greatly helpful regarding history of local normal education and its modern transformation.
