摘　　要：本文分析了"3+4"会计本科班人才培养方案,探索方案的应用、标准化、科学性及可持续发展性,明确了基于课程衔接的人才培养方案的重要性意义,重点说明课程分段衔接问题,多角度解析了方案中的构成内容和凸显的重要特征,着力强调课程衔接的核心作用,总结了人才培养方案保持可持续发展的修订更新方法。This paper analyzes the"3+4talent training program"for the Accounting undergraduates and explores the application,standardization,scientific nature and sustainable development of the program.It clarifies the importance of the talent training program based on the curriculum cohesion,explains the problems of curriculum segment cohesion,analyzes the contents and highlights the key characteristics of the program from multiple angles,emphasizes the key role of curriculum cohesion,and sums up the revised and updated methods for the sustainable development of talent training program.
