试论我国西部民族地区公安网络远程教育体系的构建

摘　　要：我国西部民族地区公安民警教育训练存在诸多问题,构建西部民族地区公安网络远程教育体系是解决这些问题和改善西部民族地区公安教育训练的一种好思路。利用网络远程教育技术可以为西部民族地区开发实用性强的公安网络教育教学资源,可以为西部民族地区民警提供一个宽松自由的个性化培训平台,可以为西部民族地区公安教育训练提供优质的师资。为此,我们可以充分利用公安金盾专网,积极借鉴现代远程教育的成功经验,重视西部民族地区公安实践的"需求评估",联合西部公安政法院校,不断引进国外先进的警察网络教育资源,共同构建西部民族地区公安网络远程教育体系。There are many problems in the education and training of police officers in western ethnic region of China,and constructing a network-based public security education system in the region is an effective way to solve the problems and improve the education and training of police officers.The application of network technology makes it possible to build practical network-based teaching resources of public security distance education,which cannot only provide quality teachers for public security education and training,but also provide a free and individualized training platform for police officers in western ethnic region of China.The public security and political institutions in western China should take initiative to introduce advanced foreign resources of network-based police education and joint efforts to construct the distance education system of public security in the basis of Golden Shield,a specialized public security network,lessons from the successful experience of modern distance education and the“needs”of public security practice in western China.
