摘  要:[目的]明确"金艳"猕猴桃贮期腐烂病病原菌的种类。[方法]采用形态学及分子生物学方法对"金艳"猕猴桃贮期致腐微生物进行分离鉴定。[结果]与"金艳"猕猴桃贮藏期间腐烂相关的菌有Botrytis cinerea、Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、Eutypella microtheca、Penicillium expansum、Cladosporium cladosporioides共5种。其中对于Botrytis cinerea、Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、Penicillium expansum 3种菌已有猕猴桃致腐的报道,Eutypella microtheca、Cladosporium cladosporioides感染猕猴桃为首次报道。[结论]该研究为"金艳"猕猴桃采后腐烂病防治研究提供了科学依据。[Objective]To specify the spoilage bacteria species of‘‘Jinyan”kiwifruit.[Method]The rot disease pathogens during storage of“Jinyan”kiwifruit were isolated and identificated.[R esult]Five species of spoilage bacteria were identified as Botrytis cinerea,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Eutypella microtheca,Penicillium expansum,Cladosporium cladosporioides respectively.S.sclerotiorum,B.cinerea and P.expansum had been already reported in some other kiwifruit rot,w hile,E.microtheca and C.cladosporioides were the first reported in kiwifruit rot.[Conclusion]This study provided a scientific basis for the research on the prevention and control of rot for“Jinyan”kiwifruit after postharvest.
