摘 要:以松茸浓缩口服液为原料,研究其对小鼠的免疫调节能力、抗氧化能力及抗疲劳能力的影响。昆明小鼠随机分为4组,每组12只。其中2组小鼠灌胃无菌生理盐水,另外2组灌胃松茸浓缩口服液,每只小鼠每天灌胃0.02 mL/g,饲养7、14、21 d时分别测定其免疫调节能力、抗氧化能力及抗疲劳能力的各指标。灌胃松茸浓缩口服液21 d后免疫调节能力中胸腺指数提高26%,脾脏指数提高9.1%,血清IgG质量浓度提高11%,巨噬细胞吞噬能力提高51%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);试验组灌胃21 d后MDA浓度降低57%,SOD活力提高11%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);灌胃21 d后,力竭游泳时间提高39%,无显著性差异;血乳酸浓度和血清尿素氮分别降低了29%和49%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。松茸浓缩口服液对小鼠的免疫调节能力、抗氧化能力和抗疲劳能力有不同程度的改善作用。In this experiment,Tricholomamatsutake condensed oral liquid were used to feed the mice to research their immunity,antioxidant activity,anti-fatigue function.Female mus musculuswere randomly divided into four groups,12mice in each goup.Two groups of miceadministeredsterile saline.The other two groups which every mouse received gavage of0.02mL/g(the volumeof oral liquid/weight of mouse)tricholomamatsutake condensed oral liquideveryday.The index which about immunity,antioxidant,anti-fatigue activity were determined after7,14,21d feeding.when administered21d thymus index improved by26%,spleen index increased by9.1%,serum IgG levels increased by11%to improve macrophage phagocytic capacity by51%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);antioxidant test,and normal saline group phase compared with the increase of the number of days gavage,MDA concentration declining,SOD activity is rising,when administered21d MDA content decreased by57%,SOD content has increased by11%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);fatigue detection,compared with the normal saline group,with the increase in the number of days gavage,swimming time improved by39%,and blood urea nitrogen and serum lactate levels were reduced by29%and49%.Tricholomamatsutake condensed oral liquid can improve mice immunity,antioxidant activity,anti-fatigue function in varying degrees.
