基于ICM理想认知模式的大学英语分级教学初探

摘　　要：在大学英语分级教学中,通过对非英语专业大学新生进行ICM理想化认知模式的培训和四级模拟测试相结合的教学实验,探讨此模式是否能促进学生的大学英语ICM理想化认知模式的建构,是否能促使学生更多地参与自主学习过程和提高语言学习效果。从实验结果看,写作、听力、阅读和总分在期中和期末都出现了显著差异,成绩有所提高,由此验证了ICM理想认知模式对英语自主学习的有效性和提高分级数学语言学习效果的可行性。This paper makes a study on a teaching experiment on ICM(Idealized Cognitive Models)and CET4model tests among freshmen of non English majors for graded teaching of college English to explore whether ICM can develop students’construction of Idealized Cognitive Models of College English,and whether they can encourage the students to participate more in their self learning and improve their linguistic abilities.From the result of the experiment,the score in English writng,listening,reading and writing has enhanced in the mid term and final exam and made much difference,which further proves the effectiveness of ICM in Enghish self teaching and the fensibility in graded teaching of College English.
