摘 要:大学生核心竞争力是大学生基本素质和能力中最核心的部分,是大学生实现自我价值目标的关键能力。第二课堂具有导向功能、凝聚功能、社会功能和"自我教育、自我管理与自我服务"功能,是大学生核心竞争力形成不可缺少的教育途径。通过第二课堂提升大学生核心竞争力的具体路径为:建立多样化的教育体系,发挥第二课堂知识传授、素质提升、能力培养的作用;优化第二课堂人才培养模式,助力学生成长成才;改革第二课堂管理模式,理顺体制、健全机制、加强生本管理;构建第二课堂"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"管理机制,引导学生参与大学治理。The core competitiveness of college students is the most important part of their basic quality,which is the key ability to realize the goal of their self-value. The second classroom has guiding function,cohesive function,social function and "self-education,self-management and self-service " function. It is an indispensable way to promote the core competitiveness of college students. The specific path to enhance the core competitiveness of college students through the second classroom is to establish a diversified education system and to give full play to the role of knowledge imparting,quality improvement and ability training in the second classroom. Then optimize the training mode of the second classroom and help the students to grow up. Thirdly,reform the management mode of the second classroom,straighten out the system,improve the mechanism and strengthen the management of the students. Finally,constructthe management mechanism of"self-education,self-management,self-service" in the second class toguide students to participate in university governance.
