摘 要:孔子人才思想主要体现在《论语》和先秦相关著作中,通过探究其所蕴含的人才事务的一般性规律,碎片化形态分布实则动态一体的孔子人才思想逻辑得以呈现,即:言行是参透人才心智的窗口,洞察人言复杂表象的内在实质,特别是观"过"知人是诊断考察对象的可靠根据;举贤注重的是公悦善聚,所举之人要公正、正直,聚仁、智、勇、孝、信、忠等诸"善"于一身;任贤之要在适才适所,要用人之长,避人之短,并根据实际情况和需要,对组织结构进行优化调整、合理配置,按照人才状况有针对性地设计岗位,使每一个人才都能获得有效发挥其最大潜能的机会。The Confucius’thoughts on human resources can mainly be found in his Analects and some related works produced before the Qin Dynasty.Though his discourse on how to cultivate,discover and employ qualified personnel distributed in different places seems fragmentary,it is actually consistent and reveals the general principle of the issue.The logic in his thoughts on human resources is as follows.As windows on the mind,the words and actions of a person,who is considered a talent and under a review for a promotion,should be put under great scrutiny,the true mind behind them should be seen and in particular the mistakes he has made,after careful analysis,should be used as a reliable access to making a fair judgment of the person at issue.A key component of the criteria for recommending a person for a public post is to see whether he is a fair and virtuous man.When a person is selected as a talent,he should be assigned a post matching his capacity with his strengths fully exploited and weaknesses avoided.According to the actual condition and needs,we can even optimize the structure of the organization and set up positions for the talents where they each have the opportunity to realize their full potential.
