摘 要:在线开放课程是课堂教学的重要延伸和补充,为实现可持续发展的长远目标,推行学分认证制度成为当前高校的有力举措。基于此,结合顾客满意度模型和技术接受模型,引入动机激励和主观规范两个变量,构建在线开放课程中学生持续学习影响因素模型,采用问卷调查法和访谈法收集数据,并利用结构方程模型对数据进行验证。研究结果发现:"客观质量"的课程平台稳定性、美观性和课程内容新颖性、"感知质量"的需求一致性、感知信任和沉浸体验,"主观规范"的学分认证制度以及"动机激励"的注意和满意等因素对学习者的感知体验和学习效果产生较大影响;动机激励通过影响学习者满意度间接影响持续学习,持续学习受主观规范的作用效果最大,其次是学习者满意度;感知质量对持续学习、学习者满意度、感知价值和感知有用性均具有较强的预测作用。On-line open course is an important extension and supplement of classroom tea-ching.To achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development,the implementation of c-redit certification system has become a powerul measure of the current university.Based on this,the study combines American Customer Satisfaction Index Model and Technolog Acceptance Model,and introduces the motivations and subjective norms'to construct the model of continuous learning influencing factors of students in online open course.The paper uses the questionnaire survey method and the intervie'w method to collect the data,and uses the structural equationmodel to validate the data.The results show that the curriculum platform stability,aesthetics and curriculum content novelty of"Objective quali-ty",demand consistency,perception of trust and immersive experience of"perceived quality",credit certification system of"subjective norms"and the attention ad satisfaction of"motivatioos"'and other factors have a greater impact on learners'perception and learning outcomes.Motivational incentive indirectly afects learners'satisfaction by continuing learning,and the effect of subjective norms is the greatest,followed by learner satisfaction.Perceived quality has a strong predictive effect on satisfaction learning,learner satisfaction,perceived value and perceived usefulness,online open course;credit system;satisfaction;continuous learning;influencing factors
