基于珠三角房地产中介行业特色的房地产经营与管理专业课程体系研究

摘　　要：高职院校房地产经营与管理专业为房地产行业培养高级技术技能人才,其课程体系是基本保障。文章以广东农工商职业技术学院房地产经营与管理专业为例,结合珠三角房地产中介行业特色,探索高职院校房地产经营与管理专业课程体系,为培养适应房地产行业发展和区域经济增长的高级房地产技术技能人才提供一些借鉴。The real estate operation and management specialty in higher vocational colleges trains advanced technical skills talents for the real estate industry,and its curriculum system is the basic guarantee.Taking the specialty of real estate operation and management in Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College as an example,combining with the characteristics of real estate intermediary industry in pearl river delta,this paper explores the curriculum system of real estate operation and management in higher vocational colleges,which can provide some reference for the cultivation of advanced real estate skilled talents who adapt to the development of real estate industry and regional economic growth.
