影响高校健美操教练员执教能力的因素分析

摘　　要：随着竞技健美操在全世界的不断普及和发展,高校作为新时代背景下发展起来的健美操人才培训基地,对培养我国高水平、高质量的竞技健美操人才有重要的影响与推动作用。高校竞技健美操教练员的执教能力直接影响到运动员的训练效果和比赛成绩,因此深入研究其影响因素无疑有着极其重要的意义。本文选取安徽省高校竞技健美操教练员及运动员进行调查,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对安徽省高校竞技健美操教练员的执教能力及其影响因素进行相关分析,并找出影响教练员执教能力的重要因素。With the popularization and development of competitive aerobics all over the world,colleges have been the training bases for aerobics under the background of the new era,which has important influence and promotion on the training of high caliber aerobics talents in China.The coaching ability of college calisthenics coaches directly affects the training effect and competition results,so it is undoubtedly that studying the influenced factors in depth has great significance.This paper selects the coaches and athletes of aerobics from Anhui Institute of International Business to carry out the investigation,uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathemat?ical statistics to analyze the coaching ability and its influenced factors and finds out the important factors affecting coaching ability.
