摘  要:文章通过文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,选取济宁医学院大一、大二太极拳选修课的学生为研究对象,解析二十四式太极拳课堂教学的技术教学模式,强化教师对课堂教学的管理,提升教师太极拳的技能修为,搭建并引导学生课余锻炼的平台等方面深入分析,得出:太极拳教学应重视课前引导;教师在提高自身技能水平基础上,总结学生容易接受的动作技术教学步骤;太极拳文化的传播离不开教师课余时间的辅导,营造良好的太极拳习练氛围,养成学生们健康的课余生活习惯。The paper analyzes these aspects--analyzing the technical models of teaching for Twenty-four Type Tai Chi in the class,intensifying teachers'managements of the classroom teaching,improving the skills of the teachers,and tries to build a platform to lead students to excercise in the spare time.It is concluded that the teaching of Taijiquan should pay attention to the pre-class guidance.On the basis of improving the level of their skills,the teachers summarize the teaching steps of the action technology which students can easily accept.The transmission of Taijiquan culture can not be separated from the tutoring of teachers'practice atmosphere,to develop students healthy after-school life habits.
