摘 要:教学质量评价与监控是加强学校内涵建设,提高教学质量的关键。随着信息技术与教育教学研究与实践的融合发展,建立与之相适应的信息化教学质量管理与监控体系日益重要。为完善基于HOPE理念、I-CARE模式的高水平卓越医学人才培养体系,南京医科大学将创建一个与培养目标要求高度契合,常态化、全方位、全过程的信息化评价与监控体系作为改革的重要工作任务,通过完善评价指标、评价手段和反馈机制,力求持续提高内涵建设水平和人才培养质量。Teaching quality evaluation and monitoring is the key to strengthening the teaching construction and improving teaching quality.With the development of the integration of information technology,education research and practice,it is increasingly important to establish an information-based teaching quality management and monitoring system.In order to improve the training system of high level excellent medical talents based on HOPE idea and I-CARE model,Nanjing Medical University constructs the evaluation and monitoring system of teaching quality with characteristics of informatization,normalization,all-round and whole process,improves evaluation index,evaluation method and feedback mechanism,and strives to enhance the level of teaching and talent training quality.
