摘　　要：介绍近十年课堂管理行为中常规建立、环境营造、良好行为维持和问题行为管理四个方面的文献中得出的主要研究发现,指出尽管课堂管理行为研究获得了丰富的理论和现实成果,但在研究层次、方法和内容上还有待进一步拓宽。This paper introduces the major findings concluded from the research literature on classroom management behavior of the last decade in terms of the following four aspects:constructing routine,creating environment,maintaining good behaviors and managing problematic behaviors.It has been pointed out the relevant research in the research level,method and content remains to be further widened although the rich theoretical and practical achievements have been obtained.
