摘　　要：通过阐述"一带一路"战略中高校教育开放的意义及高校教育开放的现状。对"一带一路"背景下高校教育开放存在的问题进行客观分析,并对"一带一路"战略中高校扩大教育开放的具体实施路径进行探讨,具体途径有:加强与"一带一路"战略紧密相连的高校学科建设;培养国家组织所需要的专业人才;扩大实践性专业人才的培养;建设高校智库为社会服务的途径。This paper,through expounding the significance and the status quo of college open education in the strategy of“One Belt And One Road”,makes an objective analysis the problems existing in the college open education under the background of“One Belt And One Road”,and explores specific implementation measures for expanding open education.The specific ways include:to strengthen discipline construction which is closely linked with the strategy of“One Belt And One Road”,to cultivate professional talents needed by national organizations,to expand the cultivation of practical professional talents,and to construct approaches through which the college think tank can better serve the society.
