摘 要:中韩两国文化交流源远流长,在教育方面存在着较多的相似之处,韩国的学前教育方面有许多值得我们借鉴的地方。通过对韩国的顺天乡大学、又松大学、又松信息大学三所高校学前教育人才培养特征分析,结合当前国内培养实际提出:当前学前教育专业人才的培养要坚持以学生为中心,完善学分制度,进行自由学习;根据社会需求,优化课程设置;重视团队建设,创新教学模式;加强实践活动,开展人性教育。China and South Korea have a long history of cultural exchanges,and have many similarities in education.There are many good points in South Korea’s pre-school education that deserve our reference.This paper analyzes the characteristics of talent training in preschool education for Soonchunhyang University,Woosong University and Woosong Information University by considering the current situation of practical training in our country.What the current talents cultivation for pre-school education in China should do is:to adhere to students-centerednss,to perfect the credit system,to carry out independent learning,to optimize course settings according to social needs,to attach great importance to team building,to innovate the teaching model,to strengthen practical activities and to carry out human nature education.
