摘　　要：对英语教学中语言焦虑问题的影响进行分析并论述了这一问题的重要性,从主观因素以及客观因素两个层面探究英语教学中语言焦虑问题的成因。进而针对性地从融合情感教育与精神引导、优化教学环境及教学方法、渗透思想与道德教育内容三个方向提出英语教学中语言焦虑问题的应对策略,并对具体的实施方式进行了论述。This paper analyzes the effects of language anxiety and the importance of this problem in English teaching,explores the causes of language anxiety in English teaching from the aspects of subjective factors and objective factors,then puts forward strategies for coping with language anxiety as well as the concrete implementation ways in terms of the following three aspects:integrating the emotional education with mental guidance,optimizing teaching environment and teaching methods,and penetrating ideological and moral education content.
