摘  要:为适应普通高校体育教学课程改革,将选择性注意策略引入篮球选项课教学中,通过一学期的教学实验取得了良好的教学效果。实验表明:篮球选项课教学中运用选择性注意策略能够较好地促进学生学习的积极性,提升教学效果;提高体育教学的有效性和学生的自学自练能力;在学生练习方面更有针对性,学生掌握运动技能的信心得到增强,更能获得成功体验。In order to adapt to the reformation of college physical education curriculum,the selective attention strategy was introduced into the basketball optional course,and we obtained a good teaching effect through a semester of teaching experiment.The experimental results show that the use of selective attention strategy in basketball optional course promotes students'learning initiative and interest as well as the teaching effect.On the other hand,it also improves the teaching effectiveness and students'self-study ability in practice.Besides,the use of selective attention strategy makes practice more targeted,and enables students to improve confidence in mastering the skills,which can bring a successful experience.
